Björn recently introduced me to buttermilk pancakes! Generally not a fan of buttermilk, I have to say: THIS is the form I want it to be in!! Such fluffiness! Und während das Walnussöl (Fandler!) sowie das Mohnöl (natürlich aus dem Waldviertel) interessante Aspekte bieten, ist der eindeutige Gewinner dann doch der kanadische Ahornsirup. Ich will sie!!!
