“Harry’s Bar in Venice, founded by Guiseppe Cipriani, claims to have invented the famous Bellini cocktail. Well, if it’s true we’ll never know for sure and fact is that today, Harry’s Bar is a horrid tourist-infested tiny and overcrowded place in central Venice, but the Cipriani group has other places, which are much nicer, like Harry’s Dolci on Giudecca! They have a calm outdoor area right next to the water from where the view is sublime and you can refresh yourself with a light seafood dish or pasta and a glass of bubbly! La dolce vita!
And: they also produce their own pasta. Of course.

Uni spent midsummer eve in Luleå and then continued further north on a fun trip to the polar circle, Jokkmokk and the Treehotel.

Cuvée Spéciale La Flibuste (40°), Rhum Agricole Hors d’Age
Un vieillissement de 30 ans en fût de chêne, de Cognac pour la plupart, apporte à ce rhum hors d’âge des tanins fondus, une palette d’arômes torréfiés, vanillés, de fruits confits, et une fin de bouche réglissée. Cette année (2013), c’est le millésime 1983 que vous aurez le plaisir de savourer. Une grande année..! A déguster en fin de repas.
Production limitée : 5 000 bouteilles par an
